She went above and beyond to push along the process when things got stalled or weren’t happening in a timely matter. She is absolutely the best agent we have ever worked during our 53 years of buying and selling 14 houses. We hit a lot of unusual roadblocks yet Dottie conquered them all. She truly is an exceptional agent. We would also like to give credit to our loan officer Gwen Musselman who also saved the day! Initially we were working with an independent loan broker but when the closing cost estimate appeared I called Dottie in a panic and she said “call Gwen”. From the moment we sat with Gwen she came up with the right loan for us and moved the process along so we could close on the loan and get our belongings out of the truck!!! We had no WiFi at the house we were staying in and I would go to the Long Realty office to fax, upload and copy. Everyone went out of their way to help us in our time of need!!
